Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic supply chain plans and processes.
• Monitoring, evaluating, and improving the performance of all logistics processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, systems, and regulations.
• Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• At least three years of relevant work experience.
• At least a year of experience in sales operations.
• Analytical skills.
• Negotiation skills and knowledge in sales and logistics.
• Leadership skills and ability to work as a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
